Sweet Pacifier Gift Tag and/or Birth Details

This Sweet Pacifier design can be used as a gift tag or as a record of birth details and is completed in one hooping.

Gift Tag – Boy or Girl, or just Baby or use the blank design to add your own words.

Birth details – Use the blank design to add your own words or use one of the templates and just add a Name, Weight and Length numbers.

I have used the 4×4 and 5×7 designs for gift tags and the 6×10 and 8×8 for birth details.

Karen Kawolick used it as an applique on a baby shower gift bag – very clever!

Formats available: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3 and XXX depending on design size. Other Formats available on request.

The finished sizes are as follows:

4×4 design – 90x100mm

5×7 design – 128x161mm

6×10 design – 158x221mm (exclude HUS and VIP)

8×8 design – 171x196mm (exclude HUS)
