Vintage Roses Collar Design assembled for hoop 8×12″ and split for hoop 8×8″ or 6×10″.
The embroidered collar with flowers has been and is a fashionable element of the wardrobe at all times. The collar is a very versatile piece of women’s “jewelry”! It can be part of a garment or removable , ( detachable ) to be used with different outfits. The collar can be decorated not only with embroidery, but also with lace or beads. The first color in the design shows the shape of the collar. If you want to change it, just skip it and do not embroider.
This collar created under inspiration of borders from Victorian late 1870s, “Language of Flowers” Morning Dress from Peabody Essex Museum. The collar includes burgundy and pink rose flowers, Forget-me-not, buds and leaves.
